Nature’s slow dance

The clouds poured
Like never before
Washing away dust
From leaves
And the trees swayed
As if some accumulated burden
Was lifted by rain
While the birds
Which took shelter moved along
With the rhythm of branches
Being a perfect partner for trees
Chirping away and adding music
To nature's slow dance

Beam of light

A beam of white light
When passes through the prism
Disperses and creates a spectrum
Only to realise
The colors of the rainbow
Were always a part of its existence
But wouldn't have come to life
If not fragmented
Even though integration
Is the only path to wholeness
But it's in breaking down
That we get to see the myriad
Colors of our existence

Frozen like lake

Like a frozen lake
Nothing penetrates
the walls of the heart
Thoughts, things and emotions
Carom off the surface
And you flow
Flow with the tide
Neither jutting ahead
Nor resisting
The changing winds of life
With hope of
Surviving these
tornadic waterspouts
To reach the shore
And finally breath in life

Truth

Neither to hide
Nor force my existence
Liberating with the ability to just be
Be the person I am
Not the version I am expected to be
or to lose my identity
In how others view me
To thrive in my safe space
Bunged between
perception and reality
For sometimes the world
Can get blinded by false narratives
Yet I stay firm on my ground
For truth can not be caterwauled
Time is it's greatest testimony
